By James A. Diefenbeck
Seeing aim inspiration as passive (guided and regulated via permitted philosophies and data), Diefenbeck seeks to improve a conception of idea or of cause appropriate to the topic as an energetic agent or first cause.” His procedure could remove darkness from and render more suitable the production of values that advisor lives.
George Kimball Plochmann in his foreword describes the ebook as a sustained inquiry into the nature of information, one trying to end up that our specific cognitive allegiance to the so-called aim sciences is lost, now not quite a bit simply because they're defective intimately or poor in humanitarian feeling, as simply because they can not benefit from the epistemological aid that they'd require have been they allowed the hegemony over different branches of cognition that's ordinarily accorded them.”
Diefenbeck wouldn't damage objective wisdom, yet could enable every one philosophy to confront subjective philosophy and from the result of that disagreement construct a greater method of values.

In order to examine this possibility, let us conceive of the kind of world which would be ideal for making possible complete predictive knowledge.
Our consideration of the first question involves giving objective knowledge every possible advantage so that, ignoring any difficulties which might be presented by the intrusion of the subject into this mode of cognition, we consider only the problem of whether, in its own terms, objective knowledge can achieve what it sets out to do as an absolute conception of knowledge—that is, to show how it is possible, in principle, to achieve complete prediction of all our passive perceptions. Can the questions which arise in the operation of causal control be reduced to or answered in terms of objective laws?
An ideal definition, in terms of predictive power, would be one in which a single trait served the defining function so that all of the other common traits could be predicted from this one trait. Accidents, thus, represent a serious challenge to the presumed universal validity of objective knowledge for they represent passive perceptions which are not subject to predictive knowledge. As we move in this direction, the law predicts more and more about the entities to which it applies because there are more traits listed as properties and fewer accidents—but the number of members in the class continually decreases.
